Load Sharing ( Berbagi Beban ) Pada Generator Yang Beroperasi Paralel

Load Sharing merupakan istilah ketika beberapa generator yang beroperasi parallel menyuplai suatu beban dengan pembagian daya yang disuplay oleh beberapa generator yang beroperasi paralel tersebut dibagi secara proporsional baik daya reaktif (KVAR) maaupun daya aktif (KW).

Load Sharing sangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya overload pada sebuah generator, menjaga kestabilan jaringan dan kontinuitas suplay daya listrik kebeban. 

Seperti yang dijelaskan pada defenisi Load Sharing, Load Sharing atau berbagi beban dapat dibagi menjadi dua , yaitu : 
ACTIVE POWER (KW) LOAD SHARING - Load Sharing pada Daya Aktif (KW) 
REACTIVE POWER (KVAR) LOAD SHARING - Load Sharing pada Daya Reaktif (KVAR)


ACTIVE POWER (KW) LOAD SHARING 
Ketika beberapa generator beroperasi secara parallel untuk menyuplai suatu beban, pengaturan governor pada masing – masing generator sangat menentukan proporsi besarnya daya aktif (KW) yang yang harus disuplai oleh masing – masing generator untuk menyuplai beban total yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu sistim. 

Pada generator yang menggunakan mesin diesel sebagai penggeraknya, load sharing daya aktif dilakukan dengan mengatur governor sehingga menambah atau mengurangi aliran bahan bakar untuk suplai engine tersebut. 

Ketika aliran bahan bakar ke mesin diesel salah satu generator ditambah, hal ini tidak akan menyebabkan naiknya kecepatan putaran generator dan meningkatnya nilai frekuensi seperti ketika sebuah generator dioperasikan sendiri (tidak parallel). 

Akan tetapi hanya meningkatkan besarnya porsi daya yang akan disuplai oleh generator tersebut. Pada kondisi parallel , kenaikan porsi daya salah satu generator harus diimbangi dengan penurunan porsi daya yang akan disuplai oleh generator yang lain sehingga total daya yang disuplai oleh seluruh generator tetap sama dengan jumlah daya yang dibutuhkan oleh sistim (beban). 

Begitupula sebaliknya, Ketika aliran bahan bakar ke mesin diesel salah satu generator dikurangi, hal ini tidak akan menyebabkan turunnya kecepatan putaran generator dan menurunnya nilai frekuensi seperti ketika sebuah generator dioperasikan sendiri (tidak parallel). Akan tetapi hanya menurunkan besarnya porsi daya yang akan disuplai oleh generator tersebut. 

Pada kondisi paralel ini , penurunan porsi daya aktif ( KW ) salah satu generator harus diimbangi dengan kenaikkan porsi daya aktif ( KW ) yang akan disuplai oleh generator yang lain sehingga total daya aktif ( KW ) yang disuplai oleh seluruh generator sama dengan jumlah daya aktif ( KW ) yang dibutuhkan oleh sistim (beban). 

Seperti ilustrasi dibawah ini : 

Kondis awal, dimana masing - masing generator menyulai beban 10 kW sehingga tiap tiap generator menyupali dengan daya yang sama.




Dari kondisi pda gambar diatas, karena sesuatu hal maka terjadi konsisi dimana dua generator yang diparalel menyuplai beban 10 MW, dengan load sharing sebesar 30 : 70, yang berarti salah stu generator hanya menyiplai sebesar 3 MW, dan generator satunya lafi sebesar 70 MW


Pada ulasan diatas, yang dicontohkan adalah generator dengan penggeraknya adalah mesin diesel. Untuk penggerak utamanya lainnya, seperti PLTA ataupun PLTU dengan steam, yang diatur tetaplah governor sehingga debit air yang masuk untuk PLTA atau flow steam untuk PLTU dapat dinaikkan atau diturunkan. Begitujuga dengan pembangkit yang lain. 

Sistem kontrol pengaturan beban harus dapat memantau dan mengendalikan suplay daya masing – masing generator sehingga beban total kW sebanding dengan rating relatif dari setiap generator yang bekerja parallel tersebut. 

REACTIVE POWER (KVAR) LOAD SHARING 
Jika untuk load sharing daya aktif yang diatur adalah governor setiap generator untuk proporsi daya aktif yang disuplai, maka untuk load sharing daya reaktif yang diatur adalah sistim eksitasi pada tiap – tiap generator untuk proporsi daya reaktif yang disuplai. 

Ketika medan eksitasi salah satu generator dinaikkan sehingga menjadi over eksitasi, hal ini tidak akan menimbulkan kenaikan tegangan seperti halnya generator beriperasi sendiri, akan tetapi akan menimbulkan kenaikan pada besarnya daya reaktif (KVAR) yang disuplai oleh generator tersebut. 

Sehingga menurunkan faktor daya dari generator. Dan sebaliknya, bila medan eksitasinya diturunkan, juga tidak akan menimbulkan under kesitasi seperti halnya generator tersebut beroperasi sendiri, akan tetapi akan menurunkan suplay daya reaktif ( KVAR ) dari generator itu sendiri. Sehingga menaikkan faktor daya dari generator. 

Pada kondisi parallel ini , penurunan porsi daya reaktif ( KVAR ) salah satu generator harus diimbangi dengan kenaikkan porsi daya reaktif ( KVAR ) yang akan disuplai oleh generator yang lain sehingga total daya reaktif ( KVAR ) yang disuplai oleh seluruh generator sama dengan jumlah daya ( KVAR ) yang dibutuhkan oleh sistim (beban).

A TM3 bus port located on the right-hand side of the Modicon M262 controller allows connection of any of the TM3 expansion modules for local, remote, or distributed I/O configurations:

C. Basic Programming Citect SCADA

Citect SCADA terdiri dari 2 Taskbar yaitu Citect Studio dan Citech Graphics Builder. Fungsi Citect Studio yaitu untuk membuat project (Project baru, restore project, back up project, migrasi, setup wizard, power aplikasi) mengkonfigursi topologi sistem (server, device, komponen mapping),  mengkonfigurasi sistem model (membuat equipment, variabel, alarm. trend, akumulator), mengkonfigurasi visualisasi (membuat menu, page, keybord command, report), konfigurasi security (role, user), compile dan run project.
Fungsi Citect Graphics Builder yaitu membuat page baru, template, symbol, genie, super genie.

Berikut ini langkah-langkah memprogram Basic Citect SCADA.
